The arcade.
Four small games we built between projects, mostly for fun — then gave them to the people who took the time to brief us. No accounts, no scoreboards, no follow-up emails. Just five minutes off the desk.
The Handover
16:45, Friday. The vendor is gone and the README has five steps — some of them lies. Read the repo signals, deploy by 17:00.
The Estimate
Ten tickets from a real-enough backlog. Guess how long each takes; we reveal what it actually took. Scored on calibration, not hope.
Scope Creep
v1 ships in ten weeks and the requests keep coming. Three buttons: No, Later, Fine. Wrong calls grow the scope. At 100%, the deadline slips.
Deploy Friday
16:15, everything green. Each deploy banks points and raises the odds of a 3am pager. Cash out, or find out.
Built fast, on purpose. If one of them makes you laugh out loud, tell us — we’ll keep it warm.
