Everything runs in accounts you own, defined in configuration we hand over and document as we go. No proprietary wrapper, no dependency on us to press the buttons, nothing you cannot take elsewhere.
Fix the release first
On existing systems we usually start with the pipeline, because a team that can ship safely can fix everything else. Automated deploys, working rollbacks, and environments that match production closely enough to trust.
Alerts that mean something
Monitoring tuned so a page means act now and silence means fine. Alert fatigue is worse than no alerting, because a team that has learned to ignore notifications will ignore the one that mattered.

Common questions
AWS or Firebase — which is right for us?
Firebase when speed to market matters and the data model suits it: auth, hosting, and realtime come free, and a small team moves fast. AWS when you need control, unusual compliance, or costs that scale predictably at volume. Plenty of our builds use both, deliberately.
Do you take the on-call rota?
On retained engagements, yes — and it is the same engineers who wrote the code. That is the whole point: the person paged at 3am recognises the stack trace instead of meeting your system for the first time during an incident.
Can you fix our deploys without rebuilding the product?
Usually, and it is one of the highest-value pieces of work we do. Automating a release pipeline, adding monitoring, and getting environments under control is often a few weeks of work that changes how often a team can safely ship.
What about our cloud bill?
We look at it, because it is often the easiest money on the table. Oversized instances, forgotten environments, storage nobody deleted, and queries doing far more work than they need to. We report what we find and what changing it would cost.
Will we be locked in to you?
No. Infrastructure lives in your own cloud accounts, defined in configuration we hand over, and documented so another team could pick it up. We would rather you stayed because the work is good.
