CrewPass is a benefits platform airlines run for their flight crew — a curated set of partners, services, and offers for the people who spend half their lives in unfamiliar cities. We built all three surfaces: the mobile app the crew use, the supplier portal partners manage offers from, and the admin portal for the CrewPass team.

CrewPass is the platform an airline can give its flight crew as a benefit — a curated set of partners and services for the realities of life in rotation. Hotels, food, wellness, the small comforts that matter when you’re landing somewhere unfamiliar for the third time that week.
Three surfaces sit on one identity boundary. A Flutter mobile app for the crew, a supplier portal for the businesses offering benefits, and an admin portal for the CrewPass team running the operation. All three needed to feel native to the audience using them, while sharing one source of truth underneath.

Three surfaces in the hands of trial users with launch airlines. Crew browse and redeem on mobile, suppliers manage offers from the web, operations sees everything from the admin side. The product is being worked toward a wider rollout from this base.
