Repairs,
coordinated in real time.
Right Now Response is the platform Wayne Witherspoon set out to build in 2019: a single place businesses can run their repair and maintenance networks from, with real-time visibility on every job, every stakeholder, every status change. We built the product that delivers on that.
FIG. 07 · Featured Web · Real-time · 2024 — 2025 A unified place to run repairs — not the disconnected mess of email, WhatsApp, and spreadsheets that most businesses live with.
Traditional breakdown management is a coordination problem dressed up as a technical one. Calls go to one person, parts get ordered by another, the client doesn’t know what’s happening, and the repairer is on hold. Right Now Response wanted to solve that by giving every stakeholder real-time visibility into the same job, in one place.
Industry-agnostic from day one — the platform had to work for fleet managers, facilities teams, retail estates, anyone running a repair network.
Working out what one platform has to do to serve repairs across very different industries.
A workflow that holds whether you’re running 10 jobs a month or 10,000.
Clear enough that field teams use it on a phone, considered enough that ops teams trust it.
A platform built around real-time tracking, automated stakeholder updates, and end-to-end visibility.
The platform is in production, running real jobs across multiple industries. Real-time tracking, automated stakeholder notifications, end-to-end visibility — the things that turn breakdown management from a phone call into a controlled process. Customers get told what’s happening before they have to ask.
